Skill Sets:
- Typing skills minimum 40-60 words per minute.
- Good Writing Skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Hindi & English fluency (Regional languages are a plus).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming queries.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet team targets and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and improve customer satisfaction.
