Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business teams & content team to develop digital marketing plans for amplification of events and categories
- Implement platform, email and social media marketing plans for key events and categories
- Implement various optimization techniques for continued improvement in digital marketing performance
- Create and maintain analysis reports that point towards shortcomings in previous campaigns; design new campaigns based on inputs from these reports and make recommendations following new releases and trends
- Deep dive into numbers from different digital marketing tools to bring out meaningful and actionable insights
- Effectively manage budgets across all digital marketing operations
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Prior hands-on experience in campaign management on digital ad platforms including Facebook ads, Google Adwords and LinkedIn
- A thorough understanding of Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytical tools
- Hands-on experience in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Clevertap
- A thorough understanding of different email marketing strategies such as drip campaigns, follow-up campaigns, etc.
- An obsession with numbers and a keen eye for trends backed by relevant numbers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in start-ups or other face paced environments
