*The average income of an Independent Travel Manager is calculated based on the average number of sales per month per Independent Travel Manager and the average commission they can receive per sale.

How to join?:

1- Register on the Platform:

• Login with your Google or Facebook account
• Fill in our registration form with your first name and surname, place of residence and personal phone number
• Carefully read the Dreamport User Agreement and approve it

2- Pass Our Eligibility Test

• Share information about your experience, skills and competencies, education level, and languages spoken
• Pass our Eligibility test to confirm your compliance with primary requirements we set to our Independent Travel Managers
• Pass our online assessment of general knowledge to qualify for the free training program access

3-  Complete Free Online Training

• Enter your personal Dreamport space with your individual credentials, sent directly to your email
• Watch our onboarding video to get insights and more details
• Complete a world-class, 2 week online training program in dedicated MindTickle space, learning about the travel industry, customer service, and sales
• Go through our pre-live training program with more details shared to you and knowledge tests assigned to validate your knowledge obtained during online training program
• Get enrolled to our live training program and obtain more knowledge from our experienced trainers team, who will get you prepared to become an Independent Travel Manager and start earning money

4- Start your Dream Job:

• Sign Freelance agreement with Dreamport
• Start earning money, using all the knowledge you have obtained from us

In this Role, U Will:

• Receive and process requests from customers interested in purchasing airline tickets and tour packages
• Help customers to choose the best option
• Use one of the most advanced bookings and sales engines for airline tickets and tours
• Build trust and long-term cooperation with customers
• Participate in training sessions and continuous development
• Attend 2 weeks of free initial professional training and orientation
• Receive 24/7 support from world-class trainers and advisors
