What will you be working on? (Job Description):
You will be assisting with the end-to-end hiring process with the main focus being on sourcing relevant candidates from various platforms, screening profiles, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. You would need to understand the on going hiring needs of the business and establish the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for various roles.
You will be responsible for identifying and using various sourcing techniques to create a candidate pipeline with the relevant skill set required. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day sourcing operations and coordination activities. You will be assisting with driving the HR practices of the company.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Minimum experience in pure sourcing: 2 – 4 years
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment & sourcing portals
- Good planning and execution skills
- Good coordination skills
