Role: We are looking for an Operations executive who will be responsible for smooth functioning and can facilitate the onboarding and implementation process, and will have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same
- Calling users to drive adoption wherever required
- Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement
- Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails
Requirements:
- Bachelors /Masters Degree in relevant fields
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills (English/local language)
- Confident and crisp communication over calls presence
- Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail

Salary: ₹ 1,80,000 – ₹2,00,000 Lakhs Per Annum
