Primary responsibility would be:
- Contribute to an Excellent User Experience
- Writes about technical subjects for technical and non-technical audiences
- Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for the greatest reader comprehension
- Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed
- Maintain and improve the documentation processes and tools
- Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team
Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities:
- Prior practical experience in technical writing and product documentation
- Excellent written communication skills and command of English grammar
- Command of current technical writing standards and guidelines
- Understanding of the end-user and product technical details
- Ability to analyze functional and technical specification documents
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to research software products, understand requirements, determine functionality and design features, and communicate effectively to the user
