Job Description:
- Understand Ideal Customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges
- Identify & Approach Key Decision makers with the Prospects
- Identify & Approach Key Influencers with the Prospects
- Send 30 to 40 highly Personalized emails to Decision Makers & Influencers
- Make 30 to 40 Warm/Cold Call to Qualify the Prospects
- Create an Email Template Library
- Send Linkedin Requests & In mails to Prospects and Increase the chance of Success
- Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities
- Report to Team Leader
- Fill Daily, weekly & Monthly Report
- Be a part of the Meetings suggested by Pod Manager
Requirements:
- 1-2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing Lead Generation
- A degree in Management or Business from a Reputed Management Institute
- Bachelors with Technology or Commerce Background
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre call planning, call control, account development, and time management
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Experience with customer relationship management software
