We are currently looking for a Junior Back Office Executive who is required to have good Knowledge and Understanding of MS Excel, Data Management and Google Sheet.
How your day would look like at Uplers? Role:
- Assist and give adequate support to administrative personnel in their daily tasks.
- Assist and coordinate with the IT and Inventory departments.
- Rectify any inconsistencies in the Records.
- Assist inventory control workers in keeping inventory data up to date.
- Data management – Enter data into Excel/Google Sheet accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including IT inventory.
- Coordinate with the admin/Inventory team for courier of IT Assets and Peripherals.
- Fetching the data and preparing reports from the same.
Requirement:
- Having a very good knowledge of MS Excel and its formulas. Having knowledge of Google sheet will be an added advantage.
- Certification course on MS Office software is compulsory.
- Having Good written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive (Good to have)
- Must work from Office (Ahmedabad based candidate is required)
Qualification Degree:
- B.Com
- B.Tech- Any
- BCA
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office
Shift Timings:
- 10:30 am to 07:30 pm
Functional Skills:
- Written Communication
