- Respond to client emails
- Research, identify, and resolve customer queries and complaints
- Accounts Payable – Entering supplier/client invoices
- Accounts Receivable – Generating and sending invoices
- Ensure all data is entered into our systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- General assistance to the Strata Manager and other administration duties
- Other secretarial and ad hoc duties
Skills Required:
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to details
- Great Analytical and Problem-solving ability
- Quick learner, Quick thinker
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel
- Strong planning and coordinating skills
- Can do attitude
- Exposure to working with International clients
