Essential Job Functions:
- Major duties include Inside Sales activities like lead generation; requirement gathering, presenting demos, providing sales support, and thus selling company’s services to target customers in the international markets
- Prospecting, qualifying and converting leads
- Outbound calling to MENA, US and Europe for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team
- Writing emails, follow ups, campaigns and CRM database management
- Consulting services experience, plus open to dialling for other sectors and regions
- Proven experience in nurturing client relationships and retaining business opportunities
Competencies:
- Experience in working in shifts
- Relevant experience of 1 to 4 years and proven performance records
- Must have experience in working for Consulting/Tech services Business Development
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
