Responsibilities:
- Write high-engagement creative & SEO optimized content that reflects our brand’s voice
- Lead & mentor a team of content writers
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials (Blogs, Push notifications, Email headers, etc.)
- Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
- Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
- Witty and creative in writing catchy titles
- Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders
- Ensuring all copy is proofread and free of errors
- Using research to establish the strategy for reaching out to the target audience
- Communications to customers and ensuring consistency in the brand voice
- Formulating and integrating keywords for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Preferred Qualities:
- Demonstrated success in managing blogs
- Experience in producing copy for digital, print, and broadcast channels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional skill with the nuances of long-form writing that captivates the reader to read more
- A solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred
- Previous experience in creative writing, ideation, and formulation
