Do you love science? We do! We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team of artists, developers, and entrepreneurs, all passionate about science.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will find yourself in one of the most interesting and challenging positions in the organization if you have a strong customer service mind-set. The role offers you the opportunity to interact with customers across the world, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions to help them.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide real time support to customers via email and chat platforms
  • Help build customers confidence in the brand and improve conversion rates
  • Add a human factor in the customer experience thereby influence repeat rate
  • Influence the revenue of the organization by pitching our services to clients over chat and calls
  • Identify the business trends by keeping a watch on the customer feedback and share it with the key stakeholders.
  • Write Helpdesk articles on Frequently Asked Questions

 Requirements:

  • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills. English is mandatory, other languages are welcome!
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service with global clients
  • Experience with Customer Success tools (ZenDesk, Intercom, etc.)
  • Prior experience as in Sales/ Business Development is an advantage
  • Appropriate infrastructure to work remotely (personal laptop/desktop with camera, headphone and a stable internet connection)
  • A service oriented and customer first mind-set. You should enjoy helping and using your communication, persuasion, and people skills to achieve operational & team results
  • A collaborative working spirit to work seamlessly across teams and functions to resolve sticky situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills and ability to work with global teams
