Job Responsibilities:

• Provide compelling visual solutions as a graphic designer.
• Collaborate with the content team and video team to deliver high-quality graphics needed for scientific infographics, journal cover designs, brochures, banners, flyers, infographics, and videos.
• Collaborate with content experts to brainstorm new ideas to represent concepts, design wireframes and mood boards.
• Reviewing your peers and freelancers outputs ensures it meets the client’s expectations.
• Create scientific, technical, or medical illustrations needed for video.
• Create exciting social media collaterals in the form of banners, carousels, brochures, flyers for audiences such as universities, institutions, publishers, academic societies, medical professionals, researchers and authors.

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

• Graduate degree (in any field).
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic designing, communicating science.
• Basic scientific knowledge and aptitude towards science communication.
• Someone who is excited to create designs on scientific and research based concepts on medical and science and marketing collaterals.
• Experience in scientific graphic designing, medical illustrations, journal cover designs, and graphical abstract.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop). Creating designs in PowerPoint is an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with scientific content experts.
• Ability to work independently to deliver as per project requirements.
• Good written/verbal English-language skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines and multi-task.
• Ability to review your peers and freelancers’ output.
