Job Description:
- Work across all business units, assisting with internal projects and strategic initiatives to support the merchandising, growth of the marketplace, and internal data optimization
- Support the Supply Management Team with new profile development and supply creation
- Assist the Sales team with lead-specific inventory requests
- Work within the CRM to maintain and organize operator data
- Research & create Qualified Lead Generation lists to support the Operator Partnerships team
- Flexible work schedule: daily use of Heli Slack, Asana, G Suite, and Hubspot
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Self-starter who is able to work independently in a time-sensitive and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, strong grammar and writing skills, & an unquenchable desire to learn
- Proficient in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Undergrad degree or on-track to receive undergrad degree preferred
- Experience with Hubspot is preferred
Specifications and Timeline
Start date: Immediate
Compensation: $ 600-800 Per Month (Approx. 60,000.00 Per Month), depending on experience
