Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of social media advertising campaigns
Collaborate with the social ads and the creative team to develop effective visuals and copy
Monitor & report on campaign performance
Optimize ad campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates
Assist in managing the social ads budget
Assist in developing a social media advertising strategy
Stay current with social media advertising trends
Effectively and proactively execute daily administrative tasks
Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels

Requirements:

At least one year of experience working with social ads on Instagram, Facebook etc.
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English is a must
Strong time management & prioritization skills
Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work
Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

This will be a one-year fixed term position with a possibility to convert into a permanent role
This is a WFH role
Hours are Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST
