What will you do?
- Contribution to team planning, dev analysis, and design discussion
- Collaborate with the business team to define test strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issues
- Constructive feedback on business requirements
- Solves significantly complex testing problems (Manual/Automation)
- Resolve company-level process deficiencies
- Review Test Plans/Test cases (Manual/Automation) and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in impact analysis in every stage of development
- Benchmark software using RED and USE method
- Participate in capacity planning
- Mentor other team members
- Drive best practices across the organization
- Troubleshoot failure at each stage. May work as Reliability Engineer
- Provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication to the right audience
- Penetration testing of software
What to bring?
- Working knowledge of CI/CD
- Have experienced solving complex problems
- Good understanding of system infrastructure
- Good understanding of Kafka/RabbitMQ, Celery, Mysql, Redis, Zookeeper, WAF, Nginx/Envoy etc.
- Understanding of containerized application
- Working knowledge of Automation (Backend ,Frontend, Android, iOS, Flutter), able to make accurate logical assumptions
- Worked in an environment with high levels of ownership and commitment
- Good hands-on experience converting Product specifications to Test cases
- Good understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, and Sanity testing
- Understanding of Information security
- Hands-on experience in Performance testing
- Relevant experience 6 to 10 years
