Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easy-to-understand solutions.
- Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality.
- Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses.
- Analyze and research exam patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams.
- Plan, develop and execute the launch of new Test Series & Courses in coordination with Content Managers and other team members.
- Analyse the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality.
- Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts.
- Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content.
- Write informative articles on various topics for Test book’s blog that will help students in their preparation.
What we are looking for:
- 1 – 2 years of total work experience in Ed-Tech companies or product companies or any fast growing startups etc.
- An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference to the education sector in India.
- Should have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new things.
- Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning.
- Prior experience in teaching and content development.
- Proven time management and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
- Good interpersonal skills.
